Stand-alone counters
Our 300 Series counters work perfectly as stand-alone, circulation counters in smaller library spaces, such as branch libraries or reference and help desks deployed throughout larger libraries. They are compact, yet offer plenty of space for equipment, books and customer interaction.
Woodstock Public Library
At Woodstock Public Library, our 307 Island Counter provides a flexible and responsive replacement for their old built-in reference desk. Its open form with curved ends and height-adjustable worktop support customer connection, while the natural color palette complements the space.
Nightingale Memorial Library
Our 303 creates an effective customer service counter at Nightingale Memorial Library. The counter is relatively compact while providing ample room for books, equipment and customer interaction, making it an excellent choice for branch libraries. The counter’s clean, linear form means it fits seamlessly into any space.
Orewa Public Library
At Orewa Public Library our 304 Counter offers a versatile circulation counter that helps staff respond to the demands of the day. Counter groupings
300 Series counter groupings are an excellent choice for more extensive front-of-house settings. By mixing and matching the counters with support modules, the counters create the uniform look of a traditional, large counter while adding a lot more versatility. Each individual counter comes equipped with its own electronic height adjustability mechanism, so the counters can operate independently from each other. Further, the counters are easy to re-deploy as needs evolve.
Richmond Public Library
At Richmond Public Library, two 305 Counters are teamed with the 300 Cash Module to create a welcoming front-of-house in a striking blue, black and white color-way. The curved worktop provides ample space and encourages natural interaction between staff and customers. Height adjustability offers added flexibility, as staff can adjust each counter to meet the individual needs of the customer and the task at hand. The Cash Module, positioned between the two desks, provides a secure space for cash-handling.
Greerton Public Library
Our 304 Counters loosely arranged side-by-side provide a modern alternative to traditional circulation counters at Greerton Public Library. Their clean lines create a contemporary look, while an open form and height adjustability encourage easy interaction between staff and customers. Charcoal and wood finishes add harmony to the space.
NorthTec Polytechnic
At NorthTec Polytechnic, our 304 Counter is teamed with our 202 Desk, Returns Module and Cash Module to provide a dynamic circulation counter that meets their specific brief. Adding the modules creates two defined zones for issues and returns, while height adjustability offers flexibility, enabling staff members to adjust the desk to suit their individual needs. This ergonomic design supports healthy workplaces and reduces the risks associated with occupational hazards, particularly where multiple staff members will use the desk and the tasks involve reaching and lifting books.
Spruce Grove Public Library
Our 306 Counters and 300 Cash Module in monochrome black create a sleek, understated front-of-house at Spruce Grove Library. The radial curve of the counter is sympathetic to the flow of people in the library, while the ergonomic, curved meeting end provides a quiet spot for longer customer interactions.
