Product purpose
The Hygiene Screen was developed as a response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. It provides a shield against small droplets from the nose or mouth, which are expelled when a person coughs, sneezes, or speaks. The Hygiene Screen is not intended as a permanent barrier, but as a spontaneous safe place suiting the dynamic nature of working at a freestanding customer help point.
Description
The Hygiene Screen is a 3mm clear Perspex oval measuring 800mm wide x 1200mm high. The screen fixes to a curved mounting frame which in turn fixes to the underside of the worktop, and is easily removed with no damage to the worktop. The screen extends above the worktop by 900mm. This means, for example, that for a standing height desk at 950mm high the total height of the screen off the floor is 1850mm. The Hygiene Screen is designed for use with any of the YAKETY YAK range.
